	Tom Swick CEO/Founder Married with 7 children and 15 grandchildren! Enjoys biking, walking, racquetball, spending time with his children and grandchildren Is a Master Plumber (35 yrs), has his Boilers and Mechanical Contractor licenses (34 yrs), founded Swick Plumbing & Heating in 1977 "Your attitude can take you where your ability can’t. Be a 'Can do. Will do. Done.' person."
	Rick Gilles Owner/Installation & Service Supervisor Married to wife Doreen, 3 children - Jailyn, Sam, and Claire Hails from Lake Linden, graduated from NMU Loves spending time with his kids and coaching football Has worked in the HVAC business for +21 years
	Jill Executive Assistant/Payroll & AR Married for 37 years Grew up in Cheboygan, Michigan - lived in Alaska for 20 years Loves cooking, scuba diving, quilting, making stained glass, and riding her Harley! Was a member of Exxon’s legal team for the Exxon Valdez oil spill "Smile!"
	Ed Service Coordinator Married for 29 years (Cathy), 2 children (Nathan and Brooke), 2 grandkids (Taylor and Caleb), 1 dog (Holli), and 1 cat (Shilo) Enjoys their cabin on Pike Lake in Gwinn, evenings out with friends, and travel Board member of Marquette County Youth Football (12 years), and received certification from NMU HVAC Program with a 4.0 GPA “Beautiful!"

	Nicole DSR Enjoys working for Swick, her first “real” job  out of college Originally from Wisconsin, but has lived in Michigan for the past 6 years Graduated Neenah High School and NMU She resides in Marquette with her cat Bella She enjoys swimming, hiking, and all of the beautiful Marquette outdoors in her spare time

Has a beautiful girlfriend and new son, Eli (born on 10/27/12!) Lived in Michigan his whole life (28 years) Graduate of Freeland High School, A.S. at Delta College and B.S. at Ferris State University Enjoys ATVS, Jeeps, R/C airplanes (building & flying), backpacking, camping, hiking, any and all mechanical systems “We want to be the company of choice for our community and our employees.”

	Adam Workplace Coach/Trainer Lifelong Michigan resident Attended Iron Mountain High School Graduate of NMU and Liberty University Enjoys woodworking, cross country skiing, hiking, road biking, and has a love/hate relationship with running.  He also enjoys reading and writing (but hates arithmetic!).
